So I accidentally installed something on my computer, and with it came something that I'm not sure if it's a virus or just an annoying problem. What I know is that I can't find a way to remove it. It looks like a program that's all in Chinese, therefore I can't understand anything.
I can't find it in the Add or Remove Programs (when I list the programs by Date, it's also not there).
Here are some screenshots: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
There was also something added to Windows Explorer, on the right side but I managed to remove that (it was also in Chinese, I just clicked a random button).
At the same time that this happened I got this Firefox add-on called GreaseMonkey which I can't remove, I can't see it in the add-on settings but it's still there. And my default search engine constantly turns to yessearch over and over again.
I tried a full antivirus scan but nothing was found.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi.
AdwCleaner should do the trick, but I would download it from Bleeping Computer, not the link in the post above, because it's not the same filename, and the file seems to be empty.
You may have to reset your browsers when finished as well.
EDIT: You may also want to run the Junkware Removal Tool afterwards.
Thank you for your replies, but neither of those programs worked.
Anything else?
Please read this to disable GreaseMonkey scripts, and then remove it from Firefox

It seems like greasemonkey was trigger by the Chinese thing, not vice-versa.
I managed to solve it following this video:
Thanks anyway

If you're "acidentally" installing stuff, I suggest using a non-admin account as your primary profile
