Frustrated: ntoskrnl.exe BSOD

I have been getting BSOD's a lot recently, and I have installed only Windows 10 not too long ago. Bluescreenview seems to always say that there is a problem with ntoskrnl.exe, and I don't really know what to do. Please help. Attached are the zip files per the BSOD posting instructions. Thanks!

^ thanks for your help. I was able to update the Nvidia drivers but not able to find the place to update eli63x64 and google wasnt much help. Can you throw me a bone please?

My bad, I didn't notice you have a laptop.
Lenovo provides the drivers for you, you only have to check Lenovo for driver updates

thanks, strange though i have already made sure i updated all the lenovo drivers before i create my post. Anyhow, I updated them through device manager again and it said i m already up to date??

That is a problem with device manager, it will almost always say the driver is up to date.
This is a reason you should (re)install the drivers from Lenovo only.
