I don't know when Dona will release it, but it appears that File Explorer will be a modern app. Hopefully black theme will apply to this as other modern apps! I can't wait to see what MS has in store for us!
Its not an Insider build, it's an Internal build and probably wont be released to Insider ring as MS will move on to RS2.

I just took exception with the misleading title.
MS keeps on trucking and Insiders will need a new build soon or they will get withdrawal symptoms. MS will feed the beast. .

I'm not so sure about that. Internal builds are what we Insiders get. And the article says this could be the start of RS 2 and release could be mid-August.Its not an Insider build, it's an Internal build and probably wont be released to Insider ring as MS will move on to RS2.

I don't believe everything I read, but I do think we Insiders won't be left on idle for very long, since we've had the Anniversary Edition for some time now. Just like we did with the November Update.
I do hope we get RS2 soon. I WILL say one thing though, I will install in Hyper-V first to test my themes. I don't want a flashing screen on upgrade!
