Hi
I joined the Insider Preview Program 4 months ago. I regularly updated all builds but since about 3 weeks, I do not receive any updates. I know that the last build is 10532 but I do not receive those updates. I contacted Microsoft this morning and they tell me that th1 10240 is a version for developers and that I am not supposed to have this version.
Since I installed Windows 10 Insider Preview over my Windows 8.1, what can I do to remain in the Program but moving up to version 10532?
I hope my question is clear (I'm French Canadian).
Thanks in advance for your response.

Is settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Update -> Advanced Options set for "Get insider builds"?
Sorry for my English, I don't speak French at all :-)
lol No Problem to read English!
I am attaching a new Screen Capture of my settings
Then below that are you fast or slow ring? Should be fast ring.
Something is wrong your Insider keys are greyed out. Go here (Settings>Privacy>Feedback and diagnostics) and show me your settings.
The Diagnostics and usage data is greyed out but it still should read Full (Recommended) or at least Enhanced. If it reads Basic then this is why you Insider keys are greyed out in Settings>Updates and security>Advanced Options which can prevent you from receiving future Insider builds.
At a certain point in August, I had the very same screen than what you have but now this space is empty and I don't know since when (see image attached).
Open registry editor (Windows key +R). Type regedit into Run dialogue box and press Enter. Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesDataCollection. Double click the key AllowTelemetry and change the value to 3. Now check the Diagnostics and usage setting in Privacy. It should be set to Full (Recommended) now. Hopefully it is and now check Settings>Update and security>Advanced options and make sure the Insider keys are no longer greyed out. If everything looks OK, then you should see the latest Insider Preview build soon.
it's already set at 3
thanks for working hard to help me
Well that is disappointing to learn. I am fresh out of suggestions.
Maybe stop the insider builds in Windows Update and then restart them.
