- LG WH14NS40 Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer
- Fractal Design Define R5 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
I'll post benchmarks later.
Great build!
It's nice, but I think I'm going to add another 980 for SLI really soon.
Awesome build tehdude.
Very nice !! I noticed EVGA GTX 980Ti but only a EVGA 550W PSU should consider more wattage as 980Ti requires minimum of 600W PSU.
As other mention about potential SLI and upgrade , i myself do like EVGA products.
me too but im waiting for a price drop , my rig is holding up pretty well so far at 1440p
Nice build.
Hi there.
Nice one - but I think as someone else pointed out you should consider a bigger PSU.
My experience in Engineering is having estimated the requirements for your needs is to get the next size up -- running a slightly larger unit at say 50% is far more beneficial and efficient to running a smaller one constantly at say 80-90%. It will generate less heat too - the amount of heat from that rig would probably heat my house too in the winter !!!!.
I get better fuel consumption for instance in a 3 litre BMW running at a leisurely 3200 RPM in 5 / 6 gear than someone in a 1.5 litre car running flat out at 4400 RPM. !!!! (Gas / Petrol -- not Diesel BTW).
Cheers

I didnt see the psu size! you wont be able to go sli with that id maybe even consider upping it for one gpu tbh
Really i see an EVGA 550 G2 in the second picture of the first post. As it is not enough for that Graphics card, definitely won't be for SLI of 2 of those cards.
