i dont know if anyone is getting the same info as me but when i go into my intel card settings ie the graphics control panel- options and support, it tells me that i have the windows 10 pro insider preview (10.0.10240). i dont know how this happened, i was using the preview version 10240, before the 29th, but i formatted my lappy and went back to windows 8.1 and then i upgraded to windows ten, via windows update. can any shed some light on this please, as i dont know what to do, when i check my activation it says activated, and when i do that thingy in cmd, it tells me that its permanently activated.

Did you select "get insider builds"?
im no i didnt do this at all, its got me puzzled to my core...Did you select "get insider builds"?
10240 IS the current released retail build of Windows 10.
Click search, type winver, look at results, what does it say there?
Microsoft Windows
Version 10.0 (Build 10240)
If your card says insider, but winver reports the above, I wouldn't worry about it ...
ok i have done the winver, and it says microsoft windows-version 10.0(build 10240)10240 IS the current released retail build of Windows 10.
